From My window, there’s a story - Kuwait 2020
As part of his residency in ASCC Mishari conducted this two day virtual workshop directed for young participants, 13 to 15 years old, to explore their homestay by introducing a whimsical layer to a scene that we tend to ignore: the view from our home window.
The workshop aimed sharpen participants’ observation skills and descriptive vocabulary, by building their own visual directory and adding creative elements. This was done through creating a “visual directory” of the view outside their window. On the second day participants wrote a short narrative based on the image they created on the first day.
